Growing up with the aromas of za’atar, sumac, and garlic filling the kitchen, Lebanese food has always been more than just a meal—it’s a way of bringing people together. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn the art of making labneh balls, rolling them into creamy perfection before adding flavorful touches, then jarring them to take home. We’ll also prepare Tabbouleh or Fattoush, the ultimate Lebanese salads, chopping fresh vegetables and mixing a zesty dressing before sitting down to enjoy it together. Expect bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and a true taste of Lebanon. And of course, you will be trying the Lebanese Zaatar dip, savoring its rich, earthy flavors firsthand!
